Privacy Policy

Grammar Lion respects your privacy. We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, send feedback to Grammar Lion, register for a Grammar Lion course, or respond to a survey. If you voluntarily provide your email address or other contact information, we might also use it to inform you of changes to Grammar Lion, to survey you about your use or opinion of Grammar Lion, or to ask for your support. At your request, we will remove your contact information from our files.

We do not make your contact information or any other personally identifiable information available to anyone outside Grammar Lion or its service providers (who use the information only for authorized Grammar Lion purposes), unless we are legally required to do so.

In addition to the above, we may collect certain anonymous (non-personally identifiable) information to help us improve the Grammar Lion website, and to evaluate the access and use of Grammar Lion materials and the impact of Grammar Lion on the worldwide educational community.

We may also collect information you provide about your use of and satisfaction with Grammar Lion through email you send us, through the Grammar Lion feedback form, and through Grammar Lion surveys, whether or not you voluntarily include your contact information.

We may use web analysis tools that are built into the Grammar Lion web site to measure and collect anonymous session information.

We may also use “cookies” to improve your Grammar Lion web experience and to collect anonymous information about how you use Grammar Lion. However, cookies are not required for Grammar Lion use. Were we to report information about Grammar Lion access, use, and impact, we would report aggregate, non-personally identifiable data. Occasionally, we may report quoted feedback from users. However, we would not attribute feedback to specific individuals unless we obtain permission to use that person’s name along with the feedback.

Statement of Purpose

Grammar Lion: A Grammar Refresher is a fun, down-to-earth, instructor-led, comprehensive online course in English grammar for anyone who wants to enhance their communication skills. Lesson topics include: parts of speech; homophones and mixed-up words; contractions and possessives; subjects and verbs; sentence fragments; run-on sentences; standard verbs forms; pronouns; agreement (subject-verb, pronoun-antecedent); shifts in person, tense, and structure; clarity, concision, diction, and logic; capitalization and punctuation; proofreading and editing; and more.

Good grammar doesn't make good writing, but good writing demands good grammar.
